Refund & Return
Welcome to Curva Fabulous! By shopping with us, you are deemed to have agreed to our return and refund policy as stated below.
a) All goods sold are non-refundable.
b) We accept returns for regular priced items only. All items under the SALE section and discounted items are strictly not returnable.
c) All returns are subjected to exchanges. Please note that exchange is permissible for item of the same value only. If the preferred item is sold out, we will grant store credit instead. We do not provide cash refunds for returns.
d) All returns are to be done within 7 working days from the date that the item is shipped out. All exchanges and store credit will only be processed upon the receipt of the returned item.
e) Before proceeding with returns, please contact our customer service representative through email, whatsapp or phone call to seek our confirmation. Failure to do so may result in rejection of return.
f) Returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
g) Return of item must be done via trackable postage. Customers will bear the cost of returns (postage fee) and Curva Fabulous will not be held liable for any item lost in mail.
Defective Item(s) Received
For defective item(s) received, we sincerely apologize for mailing the defective item. Please refer to our policy below on return of defective item(s):
a) Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information within 7 working days for verification:
1. Order ID and item(s) purchased.
2. Clear picture and description of the defect.
b) Our team will review the defect and determine its eligibility for a return. Slight difference in colour and measurements (by 1” to 2”) will not be considered defects. Slight variation in print is also not considered a defect on our items.
c) For a return of a defected item to be accepted, the items are to be in their original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
d) The replacement item will be exchanged with you and and the postage fee will be borne by Curva Fabulous.
e) Customer may request for an exchange if the item eligible for a replacement is sold out. Under circumstances where an exchange cannot take place due to inavailability, store credit will be processed instead. We do not provide cash refunds.
f) If a customer has mailed a defective item that is deemed inelligible for a return, the customer is to bear the postage fee of returning the said item back.
Curva Fabulous holds the right to deny any request (return, exchanges and defects) if any of the returned items do not meet our requirements and there is failure to provide proof of purchase.
