Upon receiving your garments, it is your responsibility to inspect them promptly. Should there be any damages or defects, please report to us at cs@curvafabulous.com within 7 business days. 

While we take great care to ensure the quality of our clothing, we are not liable for damages and defects caused by personal accident, improper care (e.g., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, improper wear (e.g., excessive stretching of material), normal wear and tear (e.g. holes from wearing over time), or the natural fading of color and materials over time.
