GENERAL

 

1. Our Taman Muzaffar Height outlet (HQ) operates from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Our Masjid Tanah outlet is open daily EXCEPT Wednesdays.

 

2. For order-related enquiries, kindly email us at cs@curvafabulous.com. You may also start a live chat on this website to speak with our customer support representative. We will do our best to assist you.

 

3. All transactions (emails and purchases) will be addressed within 1-2 working days.

 

GENERAL PURCHASE & DELIVERY 

 

1. Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the right colors and sizes before proceeding to check out.

 

2. Kindly ensure that all relevant information, including your full address and mobile number, is provided accurately. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delivery delays.

 

3. Upon verification of payment, we will ship your orders within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated.

 

4. Please note that shipping days are restricted to weekdays (business days) only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

5. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers. Curva Fabulous is not liable for any parcel lost in mail if proof of postage has been provided. Any claims must be made with the postal service, though we will make reasonable effort to assist with compensation claims (if any). 

 

6. You can opt to pick up items at our physical stores during business hours.

 

7. CURVA FABULOUS reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).

 

    DELIVERY

     

    1. For local orders, customers may select either Poslaju or J&T Express as their preferred shipping method. Orders can be tracked via https://easyparcel.com/my/en/track/ using the tracking number that will be provided upon shipment of your item.

     

    2. We offer Standard Courier for local delivery, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days.

     

    3. For international shipping, delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of items and will be provided at check out.

     

    4. International orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days from Malaysia upon payment confirmation. Please note that we do not deliver to countries outside of our shipping zone.

     

    5. For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged upon arrival in the destination country must be paid for by the recipient. If these taxes are not paid within the stipulated period, the goods may be forfeited and destroyed by the customs department, which is beyond our control.
