Upon receiving your garments, it is your responsibility to inspect them promptly. Should there be any damages or defects, please report to us at cs@curvafabulous.com within 7 business days.

While we take great care to ensure the quality of our clothing, we are not liable for damages and defects caused by personal accident, improper care (e.g., excessive dry cleaning or mishandling by your dry cleaner), negligence, improper wear (e.g., excessive stretching of material), normal wear and tear (e.g. holes from wearing over time), or the natural fading of color and materials over time.

Washing Instructions

We will not entertain any return or exchange requests for products damaged or torn due to incorrect washing, ironing, or storing methods.
Slight discoloration may occur as a natural part of the washing process. Such occurrences do not compromise the quality or integrity of our garments in any way. Therefore, they are not considered defects.
Separate the clothes when washing them to prevent discoloration.
Avoid using softener or bleach that could damage the fabric.
Machine washable.
Do not soak.
